Surprising my best friend in England

I'm planning to surprise my best friend this summer by going to england with my son. She has no idea I'm coming to her, shes never met my son as she left before he was born. I just got off the phone with her, she was almost crying because she doesn't think she will see him until hes about 3 years old. I almost told her her boyfriend and I are in close contact to organize everything. I can't wait to see her face when she opens the door. I'm just too excited.
