Fever during TWW, worried after MC last month

Hi! Not sure which group to post this but Im anxious. So last month at 10 DPO, I ran a fever of 100.6, this went back down by the evening. I assumed it was hormonal but everyone on here told me it wasn’t normal and to see a doctor, but I shrugged it off. I had a BFP a few days later, and miscarried within a week.

Well this month, I’m 8 DPO and feel exactly like I did last month (fatigue, hot flashes). This morning during a hot flash, I took my temp and it was 100.65! Now I’m freaking out that I may miscarry again 😭 has anyone experienced this and had a successful pregnancy? I need reassurance. My temp is normally 98.6-98.8 range.
