Femara, IUI, & Injectables

We have unexplained infertility with a mild case of endometriosis. I’ve done 5 medicated cycles with timed intercourse. I fell pregnant once but it ended in a chemical.

I’ve done 3 medicated IUIs had two follicles the first two rounds and one the third. Spermies were great in count, motility, and only improved each go around. Our next step would be to include injectables into our IUI. Anyone have any history with adding Injectable gonadotropin into their

IUI?

I’ve also thought about switching my diet as I eat A LOT of junk. Any insight would be great for both. If these do not work the next step would be IVF but we can’t afford that.
