This is my second pregnancy and I’d like to take a postnatal vitamin after delivery. Any recommendations on a good postnatal? TIA

i plan on buying this one in the “postnatal” there wasn’t a picture link to it so this one will work. i take this as a prenatal along with garden of life, love the strawberry flavor

I just kept taking my One A Day prenatals, but if you want to add something extra, Frida Mom makes a lactation gummie that's supposed to be good postnatal.
