OPK Twice Daily?

I read somewhere that you should test twice a day with opk everyday once you get to day 10 of your cycle. Is this a thing? If so, what time of day do you test?

You can. Some women experience a very short surge so testing just once a day you may miss it. I only tested once a day usually around 11am and never had any issues.

I do twice when I get closer!! I do before I go to work at 6:30am and soon as I get home at 5

I tested once a day starting the day after AF then twice a day as I got in my fertile window to catch the surge.

Yes. Start CD10. Mid morning and evening. U go 11am & 6pm (give or take).
