Should I throw up if I ate expired yogurt?

So I just found out that I the yogurt I ate expired 7 days ago. It tasted sour and had a sour smell, I didn’t eat a lot. Should I throw it up to avoid food poisoning?

Yoghurt is already a sour/fermented product. If it was actually bad it would typically either be mold on top or curdled - if it was made with some kind of fake sweetener it typically smells horrible and chemical. 
Most yoghurt is fine weeks even month(s) after the sell by date. Here they have changed it to "best before, but not bad after: 22/3-2021" to avoid people throwing perfectly good food just because the date.

The best before dates are guidelines, food is typically still fine sometimes months after those dates. You'll be fine.
