I need a opinion. Is there anything wrong with me? Last year I ran xc and track never was great last April I started to run 6-7 days a week and got great at racing, running is daily to me. But now I’m at a place where when I eat I feel bad and then I’ll restrict then not fully binge, but eat like 3 brownies and a Hershey kiss not the extreme but a tiny binge. I hate rest days, I run before schiol and after and watch my burnt cals and steps and all I think about is food. I don’t calorie count it’s more the feeling. I just don’t know if this is normal or what to do to be happy. This is me
