Giving up

I feel so down. I’m 36. Miscarriage in 2019. Seeing a RE diagnosed me with DOR ( low amh). I lost 20 pounds and changed my diet. Clomid didn’t work so just moved to leterzole. Leterzole first cycle on 7.5 produced 2 mature follicles. Had IUI.. but not successful. Second cycle put on 10mg and doctor saying no response. I don’t even know what to do at this point. I’m also taking a prenatal, coq10, and vitamin d3. Doctor didn’t recommend IVF to me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. So sad.
