One year+ food/milk

Okay mamas!!! What do you feed your one year old+ babies?! I’m clueless and lost. My babe is EBF, which we plan to begin weaning soon. He is definitely more interested in nursing than food so he might have a snack here and there but definitely doesn’t eat because he is hungry, if that makes any sense.

What do you feed them?? How often?

When do you give them milk? How much and how many times a day?
