Baby asprin?

Has anyone took baby asprin my while pregnant. I am pregnant with my 4th baby and had to be induced with my last three due to high bp. My third baby the doctor recommended me
Taking baby aspirin but I never did because I was just scared it would harm my child in some way. I am pretty sure she is going to ask me again to take it and I just wanted ask if anyone had any problems while taking or the baby was okay? Jus a little worried.

I completely understand your concerns. With my first baby I even refused to take Tylenol when I had headaches because I was so paranoid. Unfortunately I developed preeclampsia with that pregnancy so my dr recommended low dose aspirin for this pregnancy. Taken in low doses it’s safe, plus it’s the only known preventative for preeclampsia. I’m 34 weeks and so far baby is doing well and no preeclampsia yet🙏

I’m coming up to 24 weeks and been taking baby aspirin from the beginning of the pregnancy as had a miscarriage in October. They started me on a low dosage at the beginning (I also started it as soon as I found out I was pregnant) then by 12 weeks I had to increase the dosage. Spoke to my midwife at 20 weeks as concerned about still being on aspirin but they said it’s fine and to carry on as I am taking the same dosage, they will let me know when to come off it since nearer to the delivery I have to stop taking it, I’m sure she said around 35 I should stop

I’m pregnant with my 6th, had my booking appointment on Friday where I was told to start taking aspirin, it’s cause my first baby was tiny for full term. I don’t get why I wasn’t told to with my others to take aspirin but I am now

My dr had me taking it with my sons pregnancy for high blood pressure/preventing preeclampsia. No issues, he’s happy and healthy!

Many women take baby aspirin during pregnancy as it also helps with blood flow. I did my entire pregnancy and had a healthy baby. It does not harm the baby.

I’m currently taking and have been since 16 weeks pregnant for the same reason BP and hopefully in preventing preeclampsia again. This is a safer route to avoid a stroke or organ failure.  I delivered two months early with my last pregnancy and want to avoid that happening again. If that what’s your doctor recommended then take it. It’s a small dose. 🤷‍♀️
