Does your child sometimes sleep the day away?

My 3 year old has mild cerebral palsy he gets weekly PT, OT & ST he also takes medicine daily. Idk if his condition has anything to do with this because it's a new thing.

I've talked to his pediatrician and neurologist about his recent habit of sleeping his whole day and most of the night away . They have no answers for me.

He can be woken up but he'll just go back to sleep he does this at least once a week.

For instance today he slept for 13 hours I cannot make this up I woke him up several times he would take a drink but he only ate one pack of muffins. When he wakes up he's perfectly fine and in a few hours he can go back to sleep when it's his bedtime.

Never seen this before and he's still a baby so it's real concerning to me
