Any remedies on reducing bloat?
I’m in my second trimester and still experiencing major bloat. When I was in my first trimester I would bloat and have really bad stomach pain from the trapped gas. I’d either throw up or go to the bathroom. Now I don’t feel nauseous anymore and going to the bathroom doesn’t help.
I eat two times a day cereal for breakfast and a very unhealthy meal for dinner 😅I bloat badly at the end of the day and I was trying to come up with ways to avoid the bloat. I eat unhealthy because I don’t go grocery shopping often like I should so its something quick to eat. I’m going to finally go grocery shopping this weekend and pickup real food. Any tips?
