so me and my ex recently started talking again within the past month or 2. We haven’t done anything other than just mess around but not have sex. i’m afraid some precum came in contact with his hands before he messed around with me but i’m on birth control. do I need to worry?? It’s the week of my period and i’ve been spotting brown for 2-3 days with no actual blood?
