Letrozole and trigger?

Has anyone taken 5mg of Letrozole and taken a trigger shot that ovulated on their own? Also how does the trigger shot help women that ovulate naturally?

I was told the trigger shot will release all the (antral follicles) eggs, not just the best one or 2 that would normally be released with ovulation. Even ones that aren’t as mature will be released.

I've done that for 2 IUI cycles now. I do ovulate on my own, but the trigger releases the follicles so they can better time the IUI. Without the trigger, you'd have to use opks to predict when to best do the IUI.

On my 2nd iui cycle with 5mg letrozole and trigger shot. I do ovulate on my own. The letrozole helped me mature 3 follicles last cycle.
