Missed ovulation?

Question

Long story short, I've been extremely stressed the past couple weeks. Our house flooded and I didn't get to test for a couple days. Do you think I missed it or haven't ovulated yet? I'm sure it's due to stress, but I've only been off birth control since beginning of February and don't know if my body is messed up or not.

You need to test twice a day round the same time everyday so for eg 12pm and 8pm

I also started on cycle day 10 using pregmate testing strips. I've heard so many things on how to use these tests. Sometimes, due to work or other obligations, it's hard to test twice a day. So for me, I test whenever I get a chance. Even as late as 11 pm because I work until 10-1030 p.m. But you should be testing twice a day until it's positive and then once a day after that to see a "drop" in the hormone.
