Implantation bleeding?

Hi guys just looking for some advice. So it’s 2nd month of ttc. According to my glow app I ovulated 7 days ago.. and my period is due in 7days time. Early afternoon yesterday I noticed some dark brown/ pink, almost red when wiping (sorry tmi) and it has been on and off all yesterday. Only when wiping though not enough to go onto my underwear. Woke up this morning expecting af to have shown but absolutely nothing. Just been to the loo and again a small amount of brown/ reddish. I’m wondering if this could be implantation bleeding?? I tested this morning stupidly only because I had some spare lying around and obviously bpn!

I guess my question is has anyone else experienced this and got a BFP? Can it even be implantation at 7dpo... to be fair I’m only going with my app not charting temp or using o tests or anything so I could be a couple days out.
