Clomid Question

Hello ladies! So back story I have had 2 pregnancies that ended in miscarriage in the last 9 months resulting from clomid doses of 100mg. My progesterone always comes back extremely low (my cd21 check both those cycles said I didn’t even ovulate which obviously isn’t true since I was actually pregnant) My OB upped my dose to 150mgs hoping that it would help create a “better” ovulation, and prescribed progesterone supplements.

My question is, I am now on cd 19 with zero signs of a positive opk in sight. Has anyone ever not ovulated on a higher dose of clomid after successfully ovulating multiple times previously?
