Am I bad to hate my neighbors dogs

Don’t get me wrong I’m an animal lover - in fact I found a stray dog last weekend & even stayed outside with him in our building so he wouldn’t be scared (my dog was freaking out when I brought him inside)

Anyways my neighbors have 3 dogs that they leave outside in the fence most the time.

I can’t even take my dog outside in our fenced in back yard without them all charging our fence and barking at him. Constantly anything they see they bark.

My dog has a torn acl so I have to keep him on a leash . He was almost “healed” and as soon as we walked outside those dogs charged us and caused him to jerk and his leg made a “click” sound and he was instantly limping.

I feel bad because I hate those dogs lol but they are so annoying!

** by the way it’s not animal abuse- I say most of the time but not during the night- just when it’s nice out***
