After I had my baby I feel like I’ve gain so much weight. So many times I e said I was going to start losing weight and didn’t stick to it. Today I downloaded loaded My Fitness pal and I’m starting calorie deficit. I’ve also found a 20 min work out to do every day, plus try to go on a walk every day. I’m cutting out all soda too. Will I lose weight doing all of this? Or is there more I need to be doing too?
