Mild spondylosis with scattered small Schmorl's nodes.

During an X-ray for something totally unrelated to my back my records say:

Mild spondylosis with scattered small Schmorl's nodes.

While this isn’t what I went to the doctor for I found it interesting because I tend to have lower back pain a LOT. In the note it said incidentally found - but the dr never mentioned it. It’s just in the record lol. Has anyone here had a SN and if so what was your treatment?
