Anxiety/stress
I'm 21, a midwife student and I've been dealing with stress/anxiety for a few months because of school, online classes. I believe I had a panic attack last night because I tried to do a school work that I had previously failed and now have to do again. I felt like I couldn't breathe, like I was choking or drowning and I felt hot, I couldn't do it at all. My heart beat fast and I started crying.
I stopped the work and calmed down. I'm scared to talk to my family, friends or boyfriend about the anxiety because I feel like they won't take me seriously or I'll be a burden to them.
I feel like I'll explode from all this stress.
Should I talk to my boyfriend about it ? Has anyone ever been through something like that ?
I'm planning to see my doctor on Monday because I can't keep going like this.
