Confusing thermal shift on day of ovulation. I went in for a ultra sound on day 14 to get my trigger shot and I hadn’t ovulated until then but my bbt spiked the same day as opk peak. Anyone knows if this is okay? Its been happening like this for past two

Ultrasounds and bloodwork are more accurate than bbt. I wouldnt worry about it. I found bbt to not be as accurate in my medicated/monitored cycles

Put the thermometer away if you're doing a trigger. It's not useful or accurate.
