Could it be getting ready for implantation?

So im 6dpo, I know, I know symptom spot is not good, but this is a bit different.

As I said, I’m 6DPO and I’ve been really gassy for the past 2days (usually are only day before period so thats very weird but oh well)

But what scares me is that im feeling like ovulation kind of pulling in my left side ovary (I ovulated from that side- used opk’s and I have cramps when it happens for sure so I know I ovulated) pluss took opk today as well and nothing close to be positive..

Could it be prepping for implantation?

I never had these- I had these since ovulation day but it was like nothing comparing to today.

P.s I had ovarian cyst last year and never had these kind of pains before after OV
