Feeling down- never going to go into Labour!

FTM 39.1 wks. I'm feeling super down today, slowly giving up hope this baby is going to come out of me naturally...I was at my dr Friday, she did my first cervical check, and said I was already opening and had a soft cervix, she said baby would definitely be here before April 6th...but I've just been having very strong cramps and back pain but nothing constant enough for timing and I would normally go to the L&D for.... I don't have any further appointments and I just need to feel some positivity.. don't know if I should just call my dr or what
