my LO won’t eat near as much as she’s poised too

y’all i need help 😩

Avalynn was breastfed for the first two weeks of her life. i then decided to put her on formula for certain reasons such as throwing up every feeding no matter what i tried to cut out of my diet & other reasons i don’t want to go into detail about.

i tried enfamil first, she absolutely HATED it. wouldn’t even take a bottle so i went to similac pro advanced since they gave us that at the hospital. she did good with it for awhile & then began to have issues with constipation, gas, intense belly aches constantly, and she would scream bloody murder while i tried to feed her. i switched her monday to similac alimentum thinking she could possibly have a milk allergy. well. monday & tuesday she did great & took full bottles just fine. her bowels have gone from loose to soft. she’s now screaming again while i try to feed her and taking maybe 2 oz & acting like her belly is hurting. i’m at a loss of what to do & feel like a failure because i can’t help her & figure it out 😔 she’s finally over 8lbs & was only 6lbs 4oz when i had her, she dropped down to 5lbs 14oz due to severe jaundice.
