Hcg levels

Hi guys so I posted before about bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant!!

I went to the ER and was told I have 3 possibilities. Here’s the full story and I’d love your guys opinions or hopefully someone has had a similar experience

They did blood work and a vaginal ultrasound. My blood work came back I am pregnant, but through the vagina ultrasound they saw no baby (yet.) my hcg levels were 9.5ml and I am currently according to my last menstrual cycle 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant

The obgyn male told me my 3 possibilities are

1.) I am going to or am currently experiencing a miscarriage

2.) I am possibly going to go through an ectopic pregnancy

3.) I could end up healthy and have a good pregnancy

They also gave me a RhoGAM shot because I have A- blood and that could effect the baby?

My question is, did anyone else ever get the RhoGAM shot and especially did anyone else experience low HCG levels with bleeding and then went on to have healthy pregnancies?
