Helppp- Sore Hips
I can't sleep at night very well due to my hips hurting SO bad. I can't sleep on my back it stomach obviously and I'm usually a side sleeper anyway but omg I can't handle it.
I wake up and it hurts to walk even, I don't know what to try. 😩 I've been waking up on days I don't have to work and putting a heating pad on my hips (some relief but not crazy)- days I have to work I just suffer through.. Anyone have any ideas?
