7 week scan expectations?

I have a 7 week transvaginal scan coming up soon, I’m just wondering what to expect.

Do they tell you everything they’re seeing right away or do you have to wait for it to be sent back to doctor?

I know it isnt the most exciting of the scans but amazing to get confirmation there is a baby. Like they see the gestational sac, yok sac and measure the lil bean. Anything else?
