Headaches 14weeks

I’m nearly 14 weeks pregnant and past few days started suffering with really bad headaches, it feels like it’s behind my eyes. This is my first pregnancy so I’m a bit anxious, did anyone else suffer with bad headaches at this stage or have any advice?
