First scan, beta hcg tests for following up

So I had posted a few days ago that my ultrasound at around 7 weeks (April 1st) was showing a gestational sac only and that was measuring at about 4 weeks ... technician said i could just be earlier than I think but I'm positive my last period was feb 10 and based off my opk and bbt I likely ovulated feb 24 but I know those methods can be wrong. Anyways my doctor basically made it sound like a failed pregnancy as there is no yolk sac or fetal pole visible. He wanted me to do blood work to check the hcg levels. With my first blood work back on March 20th when I would have been just over 5 weeks my hcg was at 805. This Saturday April 3, 2021 they were at 23136. I went this morning and currently waiting on the results for that. I know this is not looking great but hcg levels seem to be in range . Has anyone experienced this and what was the outcome ?
