A it too early to take a PT ?

So I got my period last week but it was weird first gay had spotting next day nothing and the days after normal  have it for 4 days then this Sunday I spotted again just once . One Tuesday I had cramps and bloateding and all being peeing a lot ... Just had my period last week but with all this symptoms I'm wondering it I might b pregnant ???
