6 weeks and spotting

I had sex on Saturday after we were done I noticed red blood I immediately cleaned myself and freaked out I haven’t seen any more red blood but I have been experiencing spotting since then it can range between yellow discharge to pink peachy color spotting. I’m also experiencing cramps I’ve googled and came across that’s it’s normal for spotting to happen after sex but it’s now been 3 days and I’m still spotting. It’s freaking me out is it normal to spot for 3 days after sex?
