I hate to say this...but it’s your job.

My landlord has had many shortcomings. The first few times I tried to understand because we’re all human and make mistakes. No. She is not professional. She gives excuses as to why she doesn’t hold up on her end of duties as landlord. That is your job. It was a mistake signing the lease. I would move if I could. I really would. Rent is expensive as it is where I live. I am definitely not paying for good customer service.
