Neisseria gonorrhoeae??

Is this a common pregnancy symptom or something?? I’ve never had any type of std before but now that I found out I’m 8 weeks pregnant, they ran tests on me and said I’m positive for neisseria gonorrhoeae. Idk how I would have contracted this at all. Anyone had this while pregnant before? I see my dr tomorrow but I’m nervous so I’m asking here for now.
Edit: my partner and I do not use protection and we haven’t for 4 years. We’re always together so there was no cheating involved. How can one of us just randomly get it? There’s no way my man cheated we are both self employed and are together 24/7 because we live together.

UPDATEEEE: THE TEST RESULTS WERE A LIE FOR ALL THE DOUBTERS. LIKE I HAD TO STRESS THE FIRST TIME, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY EITHER OF US CHEATED. I JUST HAPPENED TO BE ONE OF THE FALSE POSITIVE TESTS.

You cant just randomly get it, that’s impossible. You get it from unprotected sex with someone infected. If you’ve never been tested or had symptoms, you could’ve had it before your relationship.. or he cheated. Men can be sneaky.

You can type “nobody cheated” as many times as you want but... someone had to have had sex with someone who had the STD. It’s just fact/science. Sorry girl

The incubation period is 2-7 days. So it's possible you had it from March 2020 last year if you got it 2-7 days before the test.. but seriously if you didn't cheat, your man cheated in the last year. The only way you get it is from having sexual contact with someone who was infected.

80% of women don't have symptoms from gonorrhea, so if you guys haven't been regularly tested, there's a chance that you've had it for a while and didn't know.
If you guys do get regularly tested for STDs, the only way you could get it is from your partner, meaning he had to have cheated on you.
