Is it sketchy a seven year old boy would want a four year old in there bedroom?

Is that normal for kids to hang out closed kids room

What are seven year olds like what do they think about or play with I was concerned when the seven year old and four year old went into a locked kids bedroom to watch TV when there's a living room the kids can watch TV

But I'm wondering if that's normal

I told them to play in the living room no closed doors locked doors

I'm mostly concerned because they say some kids are curious and they start puberty at eight sometimes and who knows what they have on a TV with cable internet or tablet
