Nausea

Anyone here having bad nausea ? I am 10 weeks pregnant and my morning sickness is no joke! It’s to the point where it can be all day long. I find everything nasty and I only want cold lemonade and oats lol. I also have to add that the prenatal I’m taking have me congested so I am having it bad. I’m just afraid that it affects my fetus. My doctor mentioned it’s “part” of the pregnancy but it’s such a horrible feeling of wanting my baby to have a mama that eats healthy but instead throws everything up.

Please help!!
