cramping

32+2 and had an appointment yesterday, everything was fine and baby is head down.

i haven’t had any issues or any signs of labor. just normal, not painful braxton hicks since i was about 20 weeks or so.

had sex last night and woke up with mild but constant period like cramps that eventually went away after i got up and moved around. since then i’ve been to the bathroom and there’s nothing abnormal and i wasn’t dilated yesterday.

was curious if anyone else has experienced this or if it’s normal?
