Posterior Cervix

I am 39+2 today & just had my weekly check in. He checked my cervix today and I’m only about 2cm, but it’s still high and facing my back.

Has anyone else been this far along and still went in to have a successful labor by 41 weeks?

I am hoping to have a Vbac with this kiddo, but nothing seems to be working out like it should 😞 & bc of the previous csection, it sounds like if my cervix doesn’t open itself, they’d have to schedule another csection bc cervical dilators can’t be used to induce labor for Vbacs.
