Strong chemicals and pregnancy

So I work at a grocery store, we have to use chemical sprays to clean the carts and tills. I was told by one manager that I shouldn't be spraying the carts in the lobby or refilling the bottles in the back room because I'm currently pregnant and the lobby and back room is a small area that's probably not well ventilated. I told the boss this when he told me to spray the carts and he had no issues with that. Well today another manager said since I'm wearing a mask it should be fine and I need to start doing it. I don't feel comfortable using these strong chemicals while I'm pregnant and I have already been told by another manager when I started this job that if I don't feel comfortable doing that while pregnant I can just ask the guys that bring the carts in to do it. Is it right for them to make me use these chemicals while pregnant? I'm going to ask my doctor next time I see them but I'd like to know other people's opinions.
