Progesterone 200 mg

I’ve been using progesterone suppositories since I found out I’m pregnant. The only symptom I had was cramping. Today at 5:30 am i woke up and felt super nauseous and threw up. Now I just feel nausea. I’ve had sore boobs/nipples since before progesterone. My question is, could my nausea be caused by the medication or pregnancy? I didn’t have nausea before and it’s just starting. I’m 7 weeks 3 days based on my last period. I have no more cramping how I did. It just here and there. I had no symptoms but sore breast until now.
