Right labia swollen
Hi I’m 18 weeks and my right outer labia is swollen and the swelling goes pretty far back. Looking it up online it seems like it could be a varicose vein but I’m not sure. It says to not stand for long periods of time but that’s impossible with my job. Anything else it could be/suggestions on how to help? Thanks in advance
