Please help

My period was due Monday, I took several tests and all showed up with a very faint line. I have sore boobs, tiredness and had slight cramping. But now the cramping has gotten worse and I am now bleeding, not as heavy as a period, it only comes out when I go to the toilet/wipe (It’s not showing on a pad) But my boobs are still really sore and I did a test this morning and the line is still there but very faint still.

Has anyone had experience of a faint line still 17dpo with cramps and bleeding and still go into having a successful pregnancy?

I’m just confused as I heard that once your symptoms stop, then you should have cause for concern? Should also note that my first and only other pregnancy ended at 6 weeks in November in a miscarriage.
