Antibiotics and minipill

Hey y'all I don't know what group to post this in but I'm on Norethindrone mini pill and I take it between 545 and 6 pm every night. I had a tooth infection and couldn't get in touch with my health department for antibiotics but my sister gave me some she had. I read online first that they won't interact with my pill but now I'm reading that there's a significant risk and usually just need to be monitored. I ended my period April 2nd and (tmi) I had clear discharge that same day. I haven't had discharge since starting the pills back in November. Now I'm worried because I took antibiotics at like 3 pm that day and my birth control at 545 so I'm wondering if maybe I was ovulating at that time and if they interacted together. Anyone get pregnant taking minipill and amoxicillan? Or am I just freaking out for nothing. Me and fiance don't use anything other than my minipill for protection either.
