It means you will ovulate in next 24 or so. I'd just Bd everyday for the next 2-3 days to be sure.
And no need to test every day after you get your first positive. Lh is in your system all the time.  If you get positives later in your cycle they don't necessarily mean you're ovulating again. Only the first one counts :)
