IB bleeding?

Yesterday I posted a picture of really faint blood I had when wiping. Never had it before. Today it is there sometimes and not others and when it is there it’s still very faint like the picture. I am having very minor cramps and the past 4 days I’ve had extreme bloating(subsided now). I feel constipated and I wish I could feel my boobs to know if they’re sore lol(had a breast reduction). I took this test today it wasn’t FMU or after a hold. If it is IB when do I test to get a positive?
