am i Pregnant ?

Hi I need some advice from girl who have been pregnant before, I not too long ago had unprotected sex with my bf and a few days ago I got some spotting but when I looked it up all that came up was “ it a sign the egg has implanted itself “ but it can also be from stress but I haven’t gotten my period it’s 3 days late but the thing is I have an irregular period. can anyone help me out?
