Serious question

How can I figure out if I have a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis or whatever type of infection on my vagina? I’m not in pain but it feels weird and want to know if I need to treat it. I’ve never had any type of infection down there. Do I ask the pharmacist, or do I have to schedule a gyno appointment?

I had sex a week ago with my parter (oral and intercourse with condom). I peed and washed after. My labia ended up feeling very swollen and sore and a little itchy. I have been washing and keeping it clean and using clothes that aren’t too tight and I started noticing an INSANE amount of discharge (it ranges from clear to milky). It doesn’t have a foul smell, but it is a lot. I have to constantly change my underwear. Please help, I really don’t know what to do and I am a little scared for my cooch.
