Am I pregnant?

I took a pregnancy test on 3/29 and it was positive! My husband and I weren’t even trying yet because I had just gotten my IUD removed on 2/17. The first day of my last period was 2/25. We were going to wait a cycle before starting.

On 4/1 I started having super heavy cramping and heavy bleeding. I called my doctor and they asked me to come in for blood work. My HCG was 10 and my progesterone was 0.6. They confirmed I was having a miscarriage. I continued to bleed and cramp heavily for 3 days. They wanted to do follow up blood work to make sure my levels returned to 0. So on 4/5 I had my HCG and progesterone redrawn. The levels were going up. I had blood work redrawn today to see if they are still rising. I am still waiting on those results. But I have been taking pregnancy and ovulation tests every day. These are my last 3. They said it could be ectopic but I have had no more cramping. Other than some light cramping here and there which I have read is normal.

Any opinions or thoughts? Has anyone had this happen and still had a viable pregnancy?
