BH or contractions?

Anyone get a tight aching feeling in your lower back that almost feels like your back is being compressed on (if that makes sense)? And it also is like a pulsating feeling. It takes my breath away and I can’t help but make this weird painful face. 😂 this is my third. Never really had contractions or BH with my others until I was in the hospital.

Also my 3rd, and have been feeling the same way 🤦‍♀️ last weekend I was almost convinced it was time but they just stayed at a manageable pain grade for 2 days then stopped 🙄
Been 2cm since and had a sweep on Wednesday and nothing more dramatic than back pain, tightenings and waves of slight pain I guess 🤷‍♀️
It's really hard not to get dissapointed each day, I'm 40+4 today and previous babies came at 39+5 and 40 weeks exactly
Hopefully these false hopes all lead up to a healthy and speedy birth for us both 🥰
