MC after successful delivery

Last December I got pregnant for the first time and it resulted in an early miscarriage. A month later in January I got pregnant again and had a successful c-section delivery in September. This past week (almost 7 months post partum) I had numerous positive tests, pregnancy symptoms, and missed my period. Today I know I am having yet another miscarriage. Bleeding, cramping, negative digital test (had 2 positive digital tests Weds and Thursday). Anyone go through something like this? Just didn’t think I would have a miscarriage again so looking for some other experiences people have gone through.
